We aim to reply within one business day. Include your account email and, for the Excel add-in, your Excel version (desktop or web) so we can help faster.

OperatorIQ runs as a task-pane add-in inside Excel. If the panel will not open, you are signed out, or analysis is not writing to the sheet, email us with a short description and a screenshot if you have one. Your financial data is read-only and your accounting credentials never touch our servers.

OperatorIQ connects to QuickBooks, Square, and Xero through their official OAuth - it reads your financials to build your analysis and never writes to your books.
