Do I have to leave Excel?

No. OperatorIQ is an Excel add-in. Models stay in the workbook. There is no rip-and-replace platform.

How do actuals get into the model?

QuickBooks and Square connect through their own OAuth and feed the actuals pull into Excel. Connections sync once a day.
