Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Founding 50 rate stays locked only as long as you stay subscribed — if you cancel and come back later, you pay standard rates.
What if I only have one camera?
Thalen Vision requires a 2-camera minimum. One camera doesn't give enough coverage to be useful. If you're starting with one, add a second when you're ready and we'll light it up same-day.
Does the Pi kit fee come out of my monthly?
No — it's a one-time $149 hardware charge at Vision setup. It's waived automatically if you start with 4 or more cameras.
What counts as "the first 50"?
The first 50 operators who convert from demo to paying subscription, across OIQ + ClearCost products. As of today, we have slots open. If you're reading this, you're likely still eligible.
Do I pay per user seat?
No. Every location includes unlimited users. Your managers, accountants, and franchise leaders can all log in without a seat upcharge.
Can I add locations mid-month?
Yes. New locations are prorated to the day. No phone call, no sales cycle — just add it in the portal.
